Are you licensed and insured?

Yes and yes. Our principal engineer is licensed in the state of New York, and we maintain professional liability insurance. Insurance limits can be provided upon request.

Do I need a structural engineer?

Great question. If you are an owner and unsure of whether your project requires stamped documents, we recommend checking with your local building authority, or with your architect.

How much will your services cost?

Engineering fees are sometimes based on a percentage of the overall project cost. We price every project individually based on scope, timeline, and any special requirements.

Can I hire you even if I don't need anything stamped?

Absolutely. Need advice, an inspection, or a set of plans even though the building authority doesn't require them? We'd be happy to help.

What size projects can you handle?

We are equipped and comfortable working on projects up to $2M in total construction costs.

Do you have references?

Yes, we can provide industry references upon request.
